This year marks the 10th anniversary of Neolea. While we are growing faster than ever before, we more and more realize our brand is ready for further refinement and elevation. In this article we’ll explain how deepening human connection will become a more significant part of our branding and communication over the coming years.

When we started, we had a straightforward premise: to share the pure and fresh flavor of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil with as many people as possible. Pure, unadulterated extra virgin olive oil wasn't the industry standard, and we set out to change that.

For years, a part of our brand identity was built on product features we were aiming for.

So when we consulted our customers about the Neolea brand, we heard terms like "fresh olive oil," "beautiful bottles," and "great tasting salts and balsamic vinegars." While accurate, these descriptions didn't fully capture our essence. This prompted us to delve deeper into our motivation.

We've realized that the joy found in togetherness truly drives us. Whether it's colleagues, families or friends, great food lowers barriers and creates bonds that transcend shared history.

Every family, every gathering, every table tells a story. In the Mediterranean, meals are a sacred time where not just food is shared but lives are shared. It is here, among spilled olives and shared platters, that laughter, stories, and sometimes passions ignite. No matter the discussion, it's the great food that always brings everyone back to the table.
